Has anyone tried Mixamo. I was using the Carnegie Mellon mocap that was a pain. Just wanted to see if anyone thought Mixamo was worth using.

What is BVH? What can I do to get my stuff into a BVH format?

It helps to import it as an armature and empties, that way you can see the shape of the body easier and work off of there.

i finally got a new computer. it's at least 5 times faster on the blender render benchmark...

it's a good mocap file , not too trembling/shaky/skating. i opened blender yesterday and tried ambient-occlusion baking, it worked well. i may use this improve the textures of objects and characters in daz studio

it seems blender isn't very good at importing bvh at the moment. this is the simplest method i've found...
