Yes and they are meant for servers and workstations.

When comparing workstations, specs are relatively meaningless. What matters are benchmarks.
A workstation might run a certain application faster than any other machine yet fail to impress at some other task.

I'm not a professional who needs a workstation like the Mac Pro but I've read that they are quite well priced compared to similar machines.
