This is REAL functional training. None of that balancing on Bosu Ball garbage. This type of training will arguably transfer more to most sports than anything, especially the grappling sports.

Here's what we did this week.

1. Farmers Walk Carries 4X60-80 Yards
or
Rope Sled Drags 4X50 Yards (two groups, 1 on each exercise, then both groups switched)

2. Prowler Pushes - 3X Per Side 40 yards high level, 40 yards low level
