  • also even with them mods for both they both suck at driving...

  • @ohioborn80 Ide say they are pretty good times if you consider the DA that night. It was very humid. And with heavy 22" wheels with cheap tires, you think its going to hook up?

  • and the camaro is no way running stock tune with headers...It throws engine light and crap...just like my G8 did...

  • @ohioborn80 I am only running long tubes, high flow cats and a cold air intake with the STOCK TUNE. The check engine light is on because of it but it is because the rear O2 sensors are in a diffrent location. That does not control and of the air/fuel or anything that makes the car run bad. If I didnt have the stock tune, I couldnt have just gotten some warranty work done...

  • The race sucks more than the camera!

  • I thought all Mustang 5.0s ran deep in the 12s bone stock. I guess that was a whopper someone told!...lol.

  • @TheMustangStampede Ya the lugnuts suck.

As mentioned I have Weld RT-s wheels now. I like them simple cause they are a better rim. They are forged/Stronger/lighter and all all better then the Race Stars. I DD on the Welds. 17x4 fronts and 15x0 rears. I would never do that on t he Race Stars as they are not Forged rims.

  • @ohioborn80 I have 3:73 from the factory. I like the RaceStar wheels hate their lugnut kit.

  • Also Boss intake will help if you rev it to where it needs to. WHat gears you have?

Oh I also got rid of my racestars and now have Weld RT-S rims. LOVE THEM WAY MORE THEN RACE STARS.

  • @TheMustangStampede WIth all that you should be able to get some mid 11 range. least 11.7's range. My time corrected to a 11.3@122 with a DA I ran in. Oh and yes the ones that come with racestars are junk. I ordered MCgaurds for mine. from summit. Also why couldn't fit rear tires? I run a 15x10 rim 295/55/15 in the rear. I am lowered about 1.5 inches in the rear as well. Cut 1.5 60fts as well.

  • @ohioborn80 manual, C&L intake, bama race tune, bbk long tube headers, o/r x-pipe, resonator delete to american thunder axle back. jlt oil separator, 1.5 inch lowering spring in front stock in the rear had to put them back on to clear my rear tires. MT ET radial. I have the front runners from racestar as well, but I have to send one back to LMR to have the tire replaced, ordering some new lugnuts, because the racestar lug nuts are junk

  • @TheMustangStampede auto/manual? WHat mods?

  • @ohioborn80 Last time I was out when the DA dropped to aroudn 1900 I was able to click off two 12.2xxx passes at 113 and 114. Looking to improve on that this fall when it drops down even more.

  • @TheMustangStampede No cage yet. I will wait to get booted...HAHA..WIth some good air I will run faster then that now. Last time out it was 90* and I still ran 11.80@118. DA was 3000+
