Movie to explain epifluorescence microscopy in Biological Oceanography

This is a movie I made a few years ago to explain epifluorescence microscopy for some teachers (high school and jr high) we were working with. Yes, it is very simple and does not go into too much detail. But, it does give a basic intro into what epifluorescence microscopy is and how we use it for our work as Biological Oceanographers.
