Shocking indeed that I missed the passage of S.1858 and H.R. 3825 during the rush to elect a new president. Now what can we do to remove that bill from our ELECTED representatives. Thanks for post.

The university I recently attended (Vanderbilt) collects DNA samples for research purposed, and gives a copy to DHS without consent. Thanks partially to my complaints when they initiated this program in 2006, there is now an option to opt-out of DNA collection - but it is difficult to invoke, and not easy to finish out.
I'm moving to Vancouver!
