Parkour Strength Training 2

This is my second parkour strength training and conditioning video. My last one responded to well so I decided to make a second one. I decided to not put any music in it so you can listen to your own if you like. The training in this video is done at The High School in Owatonna Minnesota. This video was filmed with my new Sony HDR-cx100 in 1920x1080 HF HD. I edited on Sony Vegas Studio 9 and rendered in AVC .mp4

hey how'd you render this and everything?? I just got this camcorder and I cant figure out how to render it as well as you did I use vegas 9 to. Could you also explain how you got 2 settings of HD for youtube?? I hope you reply this will help me tons!! I also do parkour!

@ReleaseYourMind I rendered it in quick time .mov format, went to custom (before rendering) set .mpeg, then chose the same quality as the video 1920x1080 I believe(it is the same as the video quality) I hope that helps. If not I will explain better.

like when i put my mice over the HD botton it gives me an option of watching it in 1080 or 720

you have 2 HD settings options for this vid 1080 and 720. Also did you change the format from the orgianal footage to WMV or just drag from the PMB program into sony vegas 9?
