Yes, indeed this is Jill Phillips singing. She performed at my church last year along with her husband Andy Gullahorn. They are both wonderful musicians and beautiful children of God. The song is from the musical "Behold The Lamb", created by Andrew Peterson. My worship team performed this musical Sunday night. It's an awesome musical, check it out.
Also, a small correction. Someone asked the name of the movie from which the clips were taken. The correct title is "The Nativity Story".

This has become my favorite Christmas song. "But the baby in her womb, He was the Maker of the moon! He was the author of the faith that could make the mountains move!" Deeply moving lyrics bring tears to my eyes every year!
