Today took my Durga for a drive. It was her very first offroad trip since she was built, she's fitted with a Mamba Max 7700kV brushless setup. And a 3s 3300mAh Vapextech li-po. In this vid I have hit full throttle sometimes, but by far not for a very long time.
The two jumps that gone wrong were actually taken with high speed, and no throttle while jumping.
Also I really had to take care of the motor temperature (mamba 7700 is rated for 2s max), after a 5 minute run she had to cool down for an extremely long time (reached 195,8 degrees fahrenheit, 200 is maximum that the motor can have). I even burned my hand when I took her of the ground and I touched a screw at the bottom of the chassis.

  • You have any trouble with melting the differential? Looking at the car and am just skeptical after my Dark Impact.

  • I haven't had any troubles with that. However I know people that have melted their diffs/

  • do you brake alot

  • Not really, But I have to add that I have avery single hop-up available fitted. However some friends of me run the same set-up without that much hop-ups. Only thing is that Universal Shafts are definately needed.

  • What kind of engine you have in your bags, from which company (LRP us.) Turns and how much has your Motor.Welche translation do you? How fast is about your buggy? please write back, my model would also like to upgrade deins

  • Well, as in my description you can see it is a Mamba Max 7700kV brushless combo. With a 2s lipo it goes 64,1 KPH. With a 3s I didn't measure. But that goes way faster, although I recommend to take a lower kV rating if you want to drive 3s. Because with this high kV you really have to watch the temperature. And you can over rev the motor. Also a slipper clutch and universals are a real must.

  • what pinion gears did u use

  • what site did u go on to get your hop ups? And put another video with it on asfalt.

  • Pretty nice Durga, but that music selection really sucks. Mute button is a must for the vid ;)

  • I 2nd that.

People tend to post their favourite tune at the time, note THEIR favourite, regardless whether or not the piece suits the video....

  • Couldn't stand the music dude...

  • the singer has something stuck in his throat, he should take it out before he records

  • music sux! but nice car^^
