INFORMATION ABOUT CLIP :
Don't do pyramid If your skinny .At the time I was doing pyramid every 2 or 3 days and for that reason i was very skinny.
Pyramid require lot of stress and energy as you run marathon.
I don't recommended it for skinny guys.

I DONT USE ANY CHEMESTRY ! I EAT HEALTY FOOD , I DONT SMOKE , I DONT DRINK ALCOHOL -
BASICLY I LIVE HEALTY LIFE,AND IF YOU LIVE LIKE THAT IT'S NOT TO HARD TO DO EXERCICES !

I TRAIN 3-4 TIMES A WEEK !
MY TRAINING IS ABOUT 90 MINUTES LONG ! I DO PULL UPS , PUSH UPS,
AB EXERCISES AND I RUN ! SOMETIMES I USE SMALL SET OF WEIGHTS !

PS I NEVER WENT TO GYM !
YOU DONT NEED GYM ! IT"S JUST EXCUSE !
IF YOU WANT TO LOOK GOOD , FEEL GOOD AND TO BE STRONG , ONLY THING YOU NEED IS GOOD WILL !

  • Anyone's form is gonna get worse as you near the end of this, you're building up so much lactic acid in your triceps that they aren't going to want to fully extend anymore.

    Not necessarily. I'm five foot six 130 lbs and I can go to 50 on the pyramid. Or do the "100" which is do 100, do 90, do 80, 70, 60 etc. all the way down to 0. NO REST! Can also do 136 in 2 minutes.

    All this is graded of course by ex Ranger and 101st Airborne LT. Col Baker.

    u don't have to be super big to be good a pushups.

  • What is the name of the song? Btw, this workout is really really hard, you must have big chest muscles if you can finish this workout. When I can do the whole pyramid, then I would be very very proud of me, because it's hard!

  • will just say its a torcher to oneself n of not for much good either.

  • Is this serious?...because classic push ups with relaxing in push up position is easy.Of course maybe not in the begining of training.

  • @JFox597 Agreed, his form is as good as it's gonna get for that workout. If you wanna see some cheating arse shite pushups go watch a crossfit session.
