Don Bosco Prep All-American, James Kittredge is headed to Vanderbilt and the SEC to play DLINE and we are preparing him 4 days/week at our Shop!

In this video, James is performing his last set of squats in a 5x5 Routine.
345-355-365-385 & this set (410)

On his fifth set James completes 4 Reps at 410LBS before we rack it.

Although he probably had a 5th Rep in him, we wanted to make sure all his reps were at the proper depth and were completed safely. James leaves for Summer Training & Classes early in June, so every workout counts!
