Gears of War - Power Melee

I was stacking ranked with nismojoe and others, when this happened...

I headshot some guy and then nismojoe melee'd him, and he told me that the body went flying. Nothing out of the ordinary happened on my screen so I asked for the clip since he was recording at the time.

Edit: This occured during the making of his pistol montage.

AFAIK, That's only possible when you melee a downed person in the head.
