The foods I enjoy on P3... just a SAMPLE... and a glimpse into my journey. .... Continued on NEXT VID....
....Breakdown 7 days at a time....
It isn't scary when done S L O W L Y
First 7 days.. just DOUBLE what you did on P2... Added eggs for breakfast...make sure you eat ENOUGH calories...according to your BMR.
The second 7 days I added sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and raisins to my salads. .... ate bacon, hamburgers, sausage, etc. I added Cream Cheese w/ Chocolate Whey Protein for dessert just about everyday...YUM.
Third 7 days, I added provolone & mozzarella cheese and milk... I added ALL NATURAL peanut butter & Ezekiel Bread.... Russell Stovers Sugar Free Candy and Atkins Bars... YUM!!!
Just remember, DR. Simeons said this is the 'stabilization' and 'troubleshooting' portion of the protocol.
Between Round 1 & 2 it is to last 6 weeks
Between Round 2 & 3 it is to last 8 weeks
Between Round 3 & 4 it is to last 12 weeks
Between Round 4 & 5 it is to last 20 weeks
This Part is SO Important and SO many try to RUSH this
Phase P3 should really last at least 6 weeks to reset your hypothalamus PROPERLY to be successful....
longer as you do consecutive rounds.... It is all in "Pounds and Inches".
What works for me may not work for you.
Day 22 and beyond... I ate a Modified Atkins Diet....
I added ONE item at a time... checked the scale the next day... for tolerance of the food choice.
NOT ON P4... STILL on P3... P4 is LIFETIME!!! I am still not there :(
After my 21 days, I just made sure I weighed DAILY and drank my water.... nothing scientific.... no ratios.... just enjoyed LIFE!
I stayed away from SUGAR and WHITE FLOUR items.

Yes Mumzeeee you have done something right. I really like this video, you are baring all. I am new to the HCG program, and I haven't started it yet. I am so happy to see so much support out here, and I hope that I will get the same support from all of you. I have not started yet, I am gathering up all the info, suggestions and tips that I can. Im starting P3 in a couple of days so this video was very helpful to me. I've done my research on it but i feel like I had a brainfreeze on what im supposed to do - guess it my nerves.

It really touched me because I know how hard my mom worked and still is, but I never once seen her like that. She looks like a different person now, but its amazing how love works! You look amazing, keep up the great work! Blessings!
