No, it will run. Very sporatically. And it will cause the engine to run very lean, thereby ruining it.

@Rorona550 Also a Savage x 4.6 Any Monster GT,Losi,Would get wiped by an electric Brushless.I think everybody knows this.You still cant beat hte realism of a nitro engine.40+ is fast enough.

every body is saying no back presure on pipes i can run mine with just the header and it runs better without the mufler

@mat6179 its not possible to run one of these engines without a pipe. the pipe provides pressure to the gas tank via another hose. that pressure forces fuel into the carb since there is no fuel pump. it may run for a few seconds or just idle, but it wont RUN.
