Double Kettlebell front-loaded RFESS (aka Bulgarian Split Squat) with 2 32kg kettlebells. This is a great progression of the Goblet RFESS when there are no longer big enough dumbells. It allows you to go heavier while still helping to ingrain good form and build unilateral leg leg strength, balance, and core stabilty.
The front load with each KB makes this a beast of an exercise....made it look easy B. Awesome.

That gym looks amazing. Ive been using the goblet bulgarian split squats with DBs and my stability is going up very very fast.
