Tip Tops in Peppyland {with sound} is a Jam Handy movie from the 1930s, found in the Prelinger archives. As a family project using Pinnacle Studio 8, we added background music and sound effects. Music is from Studio's SmartSound feature. Sound effects are what came with Studio and free effects found on the net. Any inappropriate effects were added on purpose.

I liked your snow video! Do you know there's a city in Canada (White Rock) that registered a warmer winter season (2009 - 2010) than Dallas? It was not only warmer; but it was also DECIDEDLY milder than Dallas after factoring in wind chill. It's not the first winter it's happened, either. In fact, White Rock's winters are NORMALLY much milder than they are in Oklahoma City and Amarillo! Surprised? If you need proof, I'd be MORE than willing to provide the proof.
