Kara - Lupin VS Jelena - Insomnia

What do you guys think?

I'm not trying to say right away these songs on my channel plagiarized - that's for the songwriters to decide. However, I don't think there's anything wrong with sharing my opinion about the roots of many kpop songs out there. I'm not against any of these groups, I probably am a fan of them than most of my viewers. Regardless of these similarities, who is to say we can't enjoy either tracks... or both!

The idea of copyright and sampling encourages people to explore new music. When you hear the sample, you're not supposed to think, "THIS IS THE ORIGINAL," but instead,
Wow, this is really neat how its used in this way - the sampling artist used that sample in a unique way."

Of course, if the artists do end up being accused of plagiarism, of course it would be unfortunate, but it's also wrong for the original composer to not be recognized. If his/her piece was so great to be sampled like that, shouldn't he deserve recognition?
