'Richard McBeef' is a play rendering a hypothetical situation where one of Cho's jock faggot bullies grows up to be a failure. The mother is the girl the jock stole from him. Cho believes that by the time this happens he will be more successful than the jock guy. Unfortunately, he is dead now.
