Metal Gear Solid (PC) - Opening [HD] + Game Patch

This is the opening of the [original] Metal Gear Solid on PC. It just goes to show how much technology has improved, comparing to the graphics of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
Metal Gear Solid for PlayStation/PC/PlayStation 3(PSN)/PlayStation Portable(PSN), is a groundbreaking game in cinematics for it's time (1998). Comparing it to other games of it's time you will truly realize, why it has got so much credit for being a cinematic game. On top of the groundbreaking cinematics, the game also delivers great stealth gameplay and a excellent science fiction storyline. This game is truly a masterpiece!
If you're looking for the game, apart from the PC version, the games is currently on PlayStation Network, for those of you who own a PlayStation 3 or PlayStation Portable. That would be your best option of getting a hold of the game.

If you own the game on PC, and you own a computer with a graphic card [too good] for the game, and Metal Gear Solid is unplayable. Download one of the following patches...

Once finished, go to the directory of your Metal Gear Solid installation. It's most likely to be (C:\Program Files\Metal Gear Solid\). One you're in the directory, open the RAR file you just downloaded, and copy all the contents in the ZIP folder, into the directory, and overwrite the previous files. Enjoy!

yes it got remade into a gamecube game and they butchered the whole damn thing by changing the voice actors and actually cutting out and rewriting the script in some places... a great example of if it aint broke dont fix it!! yey add better graphics but dont ruin a masterpeice!!! >:(

There's an error...When Snake rises from the water and goes to the ledge, he is seen taking off his flippers but when Snake goes to the elevator to remove the rest of his clothing gear, you can see the flippers that he dumped at the ledge awhile back inside the elevator...
