So, people think kids are so much smarter than adults today because they carry cell phones and can use a PC. You know what, I do...that too... Maybe they are little more technical than I was. I mean, I played with Lincoln Logs, and they are programming computers.

You made fun the civils? I guess that five times safety factor is kind of absurd. Still, industrials are the worst. Marketers with calculus, masquerading as real engineers.

Einstein was smart in his field but stupid in other fields. he wasn't really street smart either

I saw a woman on that show who said she had a degree in architectural engineering, and yet she missed some questions on basic geometry.
Anyway, I think that children have a great potential to be smarter than adults, since all adults seem to do is sit around and watch t.v.

iq still does not represent true intelligence because not all parts of the brain are used. Even if the kid had an iq of 176 we still cant say if he is smarter than einstein. Just saying because thats what I read on this science magazine.
