Hey guys ^^
I'm living about 35 miles away from Munich in Bavaria and so I'm going to tell you what the Song means. FIRST THING: The Song's name is "Holzhacker Buam" and NOT Holzhacker Baum.
Holzhacker = Lumberjack ; Buam = Bavarian accent for German word "Junge" what means nothing else than "young man" ; so the background is that the young lumberjacks like to drink beer and have a great time ^^ by the way: Hacken = cutting wood with an axe, Hacker is the guy who does it ;)
