one of the few drummers that never fail to make my jaw drop every time i hear him play. deen was,is and will always be a monster drummer.

Although he is now in a pop rock band, there are still heavy metal traits in his style.

I find it funny that he plays for journey though. I remember hearing the old Marty Friedman and Cacophony records thinking this man is light years ahead everyone. Such a tight drummer but not a robot. It proves that being talented actually can make you successful
