Hey moron, marijuana is non addictive and does not harm the liver or any other internal organs. You have gotten some very bad information. What these barbarians did to this person is vile. Everyone involved in this decision should be charged with murder!

@stoxocube18 my uncle was denied a liver because he was an alcoholic

And yes marijuana is actually bad for your liver BUT only due to the properties of smoke ad toxins and hydrocarbons the liver has to filter. AND before any pot heads start getting all defensive I smoke weed every day and believe it is one of the safest recreational drugs available. To put it simply, marijuana aint good for the liver but paracetemol is worse and alcohol is probably 10x worse.

Right so they give new livers to alcoholics but not to someone who used marijuana? What is this fucked up world we live in?

yeah, if he's dying, then maybe he shouldnt smoke. but just cause you don't like marijuana users & we enjoy it doesnt mean you have to open your fat mouth & judge our way of life. Theres nothing wrong with a plant growing in the ground, whats his alternative, taking prescription meds that probably have MORE chemicals? and who the fuck are you to slander stoners, are you a doctor? prolly not, so stfu you ignorant lady. you dont know shit about peoples health

You are young right? I can tell by your imature statements. Just get of the weed wagon and maybe you will learn something silly person. I had to laugh at you comment " your fucking stupid, marijuana would do absolutely nothing to a newly transplanted liver other then MAYBE delaying the recovery process" Listen to what you just wrote. "Delaying the recovery process" Umm not good idea buddy. Talk to a transplant doctor and get THE FACTS.
