No one cooks fish for 3-5 minutes!! You might as well eat fish sticks from the frozen dept. What a waste of good fish.. especially Sushi!!!

the meat is correctly thinly sliced 15 sec cooking time is enough 3-5 minutes will overcooked the meat even the thickly cut veggies, pls be careful suggesting cooking time. . .

Noo you take the meat, swish it a few times(thats why its called shabu shabu) then once the meat is done cook the veggies in the yummy beef broth

Sometimes youtube is a blessing and times like this it teaches people all the wrong tips. Shabu Shabu isn't fondue, you don't cook the meats for minutes. Defeats the purpose of the name Shabu Shabu (swish swish). Literally should be seconds you have the meat in the pot.
