Inspired​ after​ watching​ "Garth​ Marenghi's​ Darkplace",​ we​ wanted​ to​ make​ a​ film​ that​ was​ silly,​ cheesey​ and​ stupid,​ but​ funny​ at​ the​ same​ time.​ "The​ Policeman's​ Video​ Diary"​ was​ created,​ rehearsed​ and​ filmed​ in​ under​ two​ hours.​ No​ script,​ the​ plot​ was​ developed​ as​ we​ went​ along.​
When​ reports​ come​ that​ the​ alleged​ Steelface​ has​ got​ his​ hands​ on​ some​ "yellow​ cake",​ DCI​ Sir​ and​ his​ faithfull​ companion​ DS​ Landsley​ must​ save​ the​ world.​
This​ film​ was​ made​ during​ the​ time​ we​ would've​ used​ to​ work​ on​ our​ other​ film​ "Eli​ &​ the​ Tramp"​ -​ which​ will​ be​ uploaded​ soon.​ Since​ the​ main​ actor​ was​ ill,​ we​ made​ this​ film​ instead.​ It​ was​ good​ thing​ he​ was​ ill.​ If​ he​ wasn't​ ill​ there​ would​ be​ no​ film.​
