@dunnpd63 You clearly don't understand what you are talking about. Walton's low assist average is largely the result of his extremely restricted minutes (16 or less) that he's been given over the last three years. He is one of the best passing forwards in the game when given time. Don't you remember back in the '05 series against the Pistons he had like 8 assists in one quarter? Well, you probably don't, because you are another retarded Laker "fan".

@otisticnikolos Um he has a 0.6 APG this season and a career 2.3 APG so no he is not a good passer either.
-
haha they only put him in wen it was a blow out

The main reason he doesnt get more play time is because he was good for jackson and his style offense, but Brown is defensive minded. I mean, look at Kapono...kapono hasn't shot bad, and he's a very good shooter, but he cant defend anybody, hence why he's at the bottom of the bench. Luke and Kapono are good on offense, but are defensively challenged...under coach brown, that's not going to get them minutes.

When I think of what Luke Walton brings to the table, i wonder why he doesn't get more time off the bench. He can shoot (a set shooter mainly), he is a great passer, and a decent rebounder. The reasons I know he doesnt get more play time is because sometimes he hesitates too much because he is so unselfish, and he will turn it over and his defense is sub par. I think he should get about 6 mins a game or so. He could start on some teams, like the wizards. some teams could use his abilities

I notice how on most of the comments I see people post that luke is "smart" and has a "High IQ"
Are you guys saying that cause he's white?
If he was black and the dame player and stats, is he still "smart" and "high IQ"?
-
Luke may be a scrub now, but people who actually know anything about basketball will tell you that he was the leagues' leading 3-point shooter for most of the 2006 season before the injury which dropped him. Plus, his passing abilities and basketball IQ are impressive compared to most players. Injuries and no playing time ruined him. He was a key player and a starter only a few years ago.. but yes he's done now. Just don't be ignorant.

Everyone looks good if you make them a highlight reel!!!
-
If he can make then my chances of making it are so high.

I won't fully criticize him yet till i see him get more minutes and playing time and see how he does.
I was expecting to see clips of luke sitting on the bench

He doesn't suck. It's just that he's a better passer than a scorer, so there are no plays about him scoring. GET YOU FACTS STRAIGHT. lol
