On the second anniversary of the U.S. invasion of Iraq, a group of local activists staged a dramatic protest outside the Armed Forces Recruiting Center in the neighborhood of Roslindale, Massachusetts. At noon, the Boston Direct Action Project dumped five gallons of fake blood and took up positions on the doorstep. The activists portrayed a dead Iraqi woman, her grieving husband, a dead U.S. soldier and his grieving wife. The blood flowed forty feet into the parking lot, attracting scores of local residents. The community was supportive, and many onlookers stopped to talk to members of the Project, who handed out informational flyers with suggested alternatives to military service.

  • I love people such as this that feel secure enough to have a demonstration such as this, but are unable to make the frigging connection that if it were'nt for the U.S Military defending their rights to be obnoxious assholes, they would probably be shot themselves for this in many parts of the world. Stupid Liberal Dumbasses.

  • Xcellent protest. Military recruiters have as much integrity as child molesters. And than you for calling it what it is: occupation. The war ended years ago.

  • @IYAMNI Im sorry but what you said about military recruiters is not even close to the truth, How they even portrayed the military recruiters and military in general is awful. The military is under the orders of the president, dont blame them, they're doing their job, which includesprotecting ignornant fucks like yourself. Funny thing is neither one of those activist ever went to iraq, nor served in the miltiary so they have no right to protest against the war or the miltiary.

  • @RiffRaff04 Hahaha, damn right. People at my school come with flyers saying "what would happened if no one joined the military? Wars would be cancelled due to lack of interest." Damn liberals dont understand that if there was no military, they would be sent themselevs. Either that or America would get walked on by other countries and America would be no more.
