Did you do the "fast motion" in post, and if so, how? Great video.

fast motion was done in Sony Vegas. Drag the video to the timeline. Drag the video block in the timeline (Expand = slow motion, Shrink = fast motion)

I would say, HF10 because you have the flexibility of changing out memory cards :) HG10 is limited to 40GB

The HG10 has a good solid feel to it.
