@namonaco Unfortunately it does not look like David will tour anytime soon. He did reunite with Roger Waters for a one off gig a few weeks ago. Part of the agreement for doing that gig was he would play during ONE of Roger Waters The Wall Concerts starting this fall....

It was really an amazing experience..I went the next night too....
Really sad about Rick..I feel blessed to have seen or met all of the members of the band at different time the past few years!
