Hmmm interesting. I've tried working out before, but didn't have the time and money to keep going to the gym club and not enough room at home to buy some equipment. That's why I got interested in Bodylastics but I wanna be sure it's the real deal before I spend money on those ;) Thx for the answers anyway.

Really? That's cool, do they exercise strenght only or will I be able to put on some muscle mass as well?

You can definitely put on muscle with them. I don't know where you are now, but when I started using them I had never worked out in my life. I gained like 10 pounds in about 4 months, and I was only working my arms, chest, and shoulders. I also used a pair of 20 pound dumbells in my workout.
