Drag racing (Top Fuel qualifier, Nitro Nationals 2011, Alastaro)

A drag race at Nitro Nationals 2011 (2.7.2011) in Alastaro. It's "just" a qualifier race but hey, they're Top Fuel dragsters :)

The first time I've ever seen Top Fuel dragsters in action (on the location)... amazing. I can't really describe it, you have to go and see/hear/feel it yourself.

I used my old Canon Ixus 30 (and as you can see I didn't have any support for the camera other than my hands) so the quality isn't what I'd like it to be... especially the sound at the end, that poor camera just can't handle it too well...

Also I kinda failed to get the other driver's time and speed on that video.

Left lane: Antti Horto, 4.433 sec, 437.58 km/h
Right lane: Timo Lehtimäki, 4.315 sec, 437.98 km/h
