Agriculture Minister William Ruto moved to the high court seeking to have his name expunged from the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights report that links him to the 2007 post election violence. the report claims that Ruto, who is also the Eldoret North MP, planned, incited and financed the violence. Among other things, the KNCHR report claims that together with other ODM leaders in August 2007, Ruto addressed a meeting in Kipkelion near Kericho where they allegedly resolved to eject non Kalenjin from the Rift Valley. But through lawyer Katwa Kigen, Ruto maintains that the allegations are false and that he was always at the fore front of preaching peace during the entire electioneering period. Ruto is following in the footsteps of Deputy Prime Minister Uhuru Kenyatta who made a similar move soon after the report was released. Olivia Okech with that story.
NTV do us favors by showing us the listed individuals from number 1-4. The public is crying out for Rutos blood because we can only see the section number 5 where Rutos name appears. No one is reporting about the rest. Isn't this bias or not? Expose everybody's name especialy number 1 suspect so kenyans can enjoy peace. The covered names are the most dangerous and its every kenyan's right to know who is dangerous amonst their leaders. Thanks NTV FOR YOUR GOOD WORK

Hata wakipayuka hapa duniani, malipo yao iko mbinguni. We humans cannot pass judgment enough to bring justice to what happened post election.
