No, actually she is 100% Chinese and most people have a problem accepting that because people have been taught that only good things come from western countries. The world is evolving very fast and people need to learn to accept that there are people in the world who can speak good English and can actually sing better then American or European. Get use to it because some Asian countries are economically advancing very fast and they will past us.

omg, i seriously thought this was originally sung by an american singer, and actually went to search.. until i was reminded by some comments here that this was in one of her first a few EPs.. i listened to her singing this song when I was in China.. it's amazing how she sounded so good already 5 years ago, not mention she sings even better now!
