Zac Leger - New custom Dave Copley flute

A quick demo of my new custom Copley flute. It was 1 in the afternoon, VERY early in the day for me (seriously), plus my mouth was dry, so I had a hard time getting decent tone. So it's not a perfect example of Dave's flute making skills, but hopefully gives you an idea of the sound of these brilliant instruments. The tunes are Tom Ward's Downfall/The Sailor on the Rock.

@T3RRABYT3, Cheers! lol. I appreciate the comment. I used to be a very aggressive, puff and blow style player, but I have been heading toward a more subtle and refined style for some time now. This was recorded almost 4 years ago and my playing has changed a lot, esp after playing Dave's flutes for a while.

@elizabeth120519991, Thank you! This was recorded about 4 years ago, and I had just gotten the new flute the other day, so it was definitely not my best playing. I have gotten much more used to this particular flute in that time.

zac, do you have any advice what to go for for more of a low-end flute to start me off? On a fairllly low budget, definitely don't want to spend more than £300 right now.

even after a year,i still come back and enjoy your vids now and then! keep it up!
