This is the Mars One Application Video of Amulya Nidhi Rastogi.
This is the official link to my profile on Mars One website:

I'm an Astronaut Applicant for the Mars One Program.
I have proceeded to Round 2 of Mars One's '2013 Astronaut Selection Program'.
My immense support for the manned mission to Mars (in 2025) by Mars One, can very well be understood by the fact that I'm bold enough to apply for it. I believe in this mission. This Video is an attempt to let the world know about my motivation and it also answers three important questions asked by Mars One:
1) Why would you like to go to Mars?
2) How would you describe your sense of humor?
3) What makes you a perfect candidate for this mission to Mars?

Also, I'm organizing the fourth 'MILLION MARTIAN MEETING' in Bangalore, India on January 25, 2014. Previously, the MMMs were organized in USA, Germany and Russia.
'Come meet your fellow Martians (Mars One Astronaut Applicants) at the MMM in India. Get to know what made them apply to the most daring call in history. Attend presentations by eminent personalities, interact with them and share your motivation for the Mars One Project with everyone. If the thought of humans travelling to Mars and beyond excites you, the MMM (India) is where you belong. Bring along your friends and family.'
YOU ARE INVITED !

I hope you support me and Mars One in this beautiful journey.
And I hope we continue to inspire humankind :)

(The background instrumental in my Mars One video is 'Contact Lost' by 'Deep Purple'. The song written by guitarist Steve Morse after the crash, is about the Space Shuttle Columbia astronauts whose lives were lost in the 2003 shuttle disaster.)
