ترتفع سلسلة جبال سيميا التي تشكل جزءاً من إحدى سلاسل الجبال الرئيسية في إفريقيا إلى أقصى ارتفاع لها في جبل راس داشن الذي يصل ارتفاعه إلى 4620 متراً، مضافة إليه قمم عدة يزيد ارتفاعها على أربعة آلاف متر. ويشتهر متنزه جبال سيميا القومي بمشاهده الطبيعية المدهشة التي تشمل أخاديد عميقة وجروفاً وهاويات تثير ذعر من ينظر إلى قاعها وبقايا قمم صخرية مدببة نحتتها عوامل التعرية علي مر ملايين السنين.
