  • Ingenious.

  • I spend so much time on peeling the skin of the tomatoes n some of the flesh n juice goes away w/ the skin. While cooking I throw the peeled chopped tomatoes in n cover it with the lid, only to make it lil liquidy. Your way actually benefits me because it covers what I'm looking for- peeled n liquidy tomatoes w/ whole flesh n juice. Thanks once again n will surely follow this.:)

  • That's a great tip. I grow tomatoes almost every year only to throw them on the compost heap becuase I hate handling the mush when trying to chop them. This will save next years tomatoes
