  • @HimotoRacingUSA Nice, these are fun, My video is poor and maybe when it warms up I have some new vids with a much better camera. I'm not a collector, I run everything as it was intended. Thanks for your comment-TM

  • well done, just restored a red one, ready for up comming summer here , simple to use and lots of fun, especially when one gets away!!YEEKS!!

  • I seem to remember the original instructions mentioning somthing about untethered running as a suggestion on how to operate this car! Can you imagine the liabiliy today if that was suggested by the manufacturer!

  • @tmackinator I had this Shrike when I was a kid and I still enjoy it today, as I did when I was 13 years old. Most kids today I think would not appreciate this hobby, and that's because we live in such a political correctness America, that kids are not even exposed to this kind of activity, because they don't sell these types of toys anymore, probably because they are too dangerous now for a kid to play with. That's what happens when we the people turn a blind eye to political correctness!

  • This is bad ass

  • in old days kids would have liked this toy its like a psp to them back then so as old poeple lol i have a old Cox PW TD .020 see my vid first start in 20 years too

  • That's cool, my friend had one when I was a kid. They don't make cool toys like that anymore, just video games.

  • dude i remember these things my cousin had cox cars and planes in the early 70's i was about five or six i remember him firing up that thing in his room and the noise scaring the crap out of me i remember him having a red dune buggy with racing slicks !!
