@SuperColonel96 do you even know what alex is? he cant die not from some electricity at least lol look you seem like you know alot about infamous i've never played it but i play alot of prototype and alex isn't a person hes a genetic mass that can expand about a city block in half a second and his health works on a cell level that means when you shock him he will regenerate his health in almost no time at all i mean you might as well just be pokeing him with a stun gun im sry if i spelled wrong

Ionic vortex, ionic freeze, ionic storm followed by everything Cole has= how Cole would win.

During a storm=Cole would win.

All other scenarios=Alex.

Story=infamous 2 wins, by a large margin.

Bosses=infamous series.

Control layout and how quickly you change powers= infamous 2

Coolest looking character= infamous/prototype.

I change my mind,because Alex can infect people with the DX-1120 virus and create a superhuman army,did you know what happened when Alex infected Heller?

I would say both because Alex can't win if there were no people around,and Cole would not win if there were no electrical appliance.
