Its been pointed out to me, and it is true this plonker is wearing a gun, yes on a normal saturday night in Southampton the police are now routinely carrying guns, why I do not know Ive liver here all my life the only violence I see is from the police starting it, maybe they might start shooting cyclists, especialy English terrorist cyclist like me who are having a cycle clip jihad, I wish this was funny

Ive been a very naughty boy I cycled home after a lovely day out with no lights these plonkers patrol our lovely road and pull up and stop people for nothing other than enjoying themselves. They need to bugger off learn the law and try to realise we do not live in the Soviet Union or Nazi Germany. SInce I had a video camera this time I knew the police wouldnt beat me up so I thought Id have a row, I have been attacke din my home twice now by these thugs, no camera, no law broken and no bad behaviour. Video camera it changes .

  • @24694104 Son?

  • Fuck! I am becoming as sad as you looking at these comments.

  • @24694104 mate think about it, you are simply being fleeced by the govt, taxes, fines, no facilities ie sports, and the police are an army to keep you in place. Why does the govt say "you cant tax bankers, also you have to pay them a lot " many are offshore paid no tax, BUT when it comes to the man in the street your wages are driven down, and the taxes are being hoisted up, becuse yu are living in a pirate country, the city of london controls parliament and your being fucked,

  • @Marcus538 You might be getting fucked but every one is and until you stopp getting at people and thinking they are doing you down you wont get it, while your arguing you are submitting to the british govt "Divide and rule policy" as long as we fight amongst our selves the govt will rob us, blind. Me if I went to the maldives Id want some friends there too, not sitting on an island on my own, with waiters earning fuck all up my arse, id want other equal people their and have fun

  • What statement did I make expecting everyone to agree with me? The one about PACE or you being a wife beater?

  • "im a big boy now" act like one then you stupid argumentative child.

  • mate you broke the law end of!

  • @Katrini89

Sorry but that isn't entirely true the wording of the law is strict in circumstances where a literal rule is enforced, in this case statute, the golden rule cannot be used to ascertain a part or whole part of an entity in this case uniform.

The term police uniform is clearly defined and written is hat as standard issue

Silly or not it is part of the uniform, refusing to wear full uniform without warrant card present constitutes impersonating an officer even if you are one.

  • @freepress666 Green papers are legislative intent, Acts ARE legislation! If 'codified rules' are in the Act, they do, in part, become law. It does entirely depend and that's why it becomes the grey area (with codes and regs). But an Act in itself is law, it's entirely binding and it has full judicial power in it's application for criminal proceedings.

I have read all your comments with interest, but you simply don't provide answers. How does one opt-out from statute?

  • @freepress666 Well, yes.... we vote in the executive, they influence the legislature, it's passed into law. We would all have to jump off a cliff. Now, obviously, that Act could not pass as it's in direct conflict with our "Right to Life" under the HRA! But I understand the point you're making. But how do you opt-out?

We are governed by who the majority choose to govern us, we all conform to legislation that is passed by successive Acts. Otherwise, penalties and punishments.

  • @Katrini89 Acts are nothing more than legislative intent, not laws at all, acts, codes rules, regulations, have no judicial power at all, an agency contracting for government, must follow their own rules of civil procedure, they never follow the rules, so its null and void, its all fraud.

  • @Katrini89 so you say, so if everyone voted to jump off the cliff does that mean I will be forced to jump, BC none of you thought it through, everyone has the individual right to opt out.

  • @fredb3 'Full uniform' doesn't need to include the hat. You won't find any case that has been thrown out because of this. As he's part of an armed unit, he probably wears a silly baseball cap!

  • @FunkeeDrewster S25 PACE says so, quite clearly.

Acts are laws. Consent is majority-based, there's no individual right to opt out.

    You people make me laugh!

  • @freepress666 So are you coming from a spiritual perspective?

Consent is 'majority-based'. It's not an individual's right to declare 'out'.
