Patrick was truly a bright light in this world. He accomplished so much in his too short life. I would have liked to have seen what he would have done with the gift of more time. But he left us so much to remember him by. He was a wonderful example to all of us in his faithful marriage to Lisa and in his acting career. He lived his life to the fullest.

Pancreas cancer is the most horrible type of cancer. Patrick was very lucky to live almost 2yrs with it, my cousin was 44 when he was told he had pancreas cancer. was given 6months and fighted it 4 9months. Its un-cureable!! sweet dreams swayze xxxxxxxx

Sorry to hear what happened to Patrick Swayze more than anyone because I have the same disease as he had except I discovered it in the 4th stage. His passing does not give me much hope to look forward to. There is no cure for this cancer and no progress has been made in the last 50 years.
