I know a lot of people dislike his voice, and i do too (most of the time), but this is to me a brilliant tenor sound. Enjoy!

@novice1959, I wish there were more people like you who realize that Carreras at one time had a gorgeous voice. He's my favorite tenor, too. I've always felt that the voice was deteriorating long before the leukemia. He simply sang roles that were way too heavy for his voice. What a tragedy. And it seems that Rolando Villazon is following down the same path. Sad.

I think many people think that the way Carreras sounded when he sang with the 3 Tenors is the way he always sounded-
they don't realize just how gorgeous he sounded earlier in his career, before he got leukemia, in 1987. Anyway, I love his voice, it's my very favorite. Thanks for posting this!

Mucha gente? Probablemente, no saben nada. La ignorancia es así. Carreras es el mejor tenor de los 70´y una de las mejores voces de la historia.
