It's such a hard choice for some voters. What would you say to get their vote?
Barack:
Forget the past. I'd even urge them to be hypnotized in order to forget. Get brainwashed, if you have to. Have your mind erased. You see, the politics of the past are over. Poll-tested positions, calculated answers might be how Washington confronts challenges, but it's not how you overcome those challenges. It' not how you inspire a nation to come together behind a common purpose. It's not what America needs right now. We need a candidate who'll tell us what the future holds. And I'm already there, in the future.
Hillary:
Well, you know, the future is all well and good. But my work is right here and now, helping the middle class. And right now, the middle class is on life support in this country. The middle class needs some health care -- and quick. Well, I want to revive the middle class. I want to breathe new life into it. I want to resuscitate, defibrillate and resurrect the middle class. And I'll even help pay the hospital bill -- with universal healthcare.
Is this a McCain for President commercial?
If so, it is highly persuasive.
