Itachi is a freakishly strong shinobi that even now we have no idea of the true extent of his powers. If he had never gotten terminally ill (or was suffering from blindness from his Mangekyo), he could have beaten Sasuke if he had wanted to. Even now, I doubt Sasuke is anywhere near the level of Itachi. But he's dead now, and there's no point thinking about what could have been other than wishing that Kishimoto didn't kill off his most bad-ass character and then revive him again now.

@Juvalo113 Wrong, read the manga. Itachi had no intention of killing Sasuke, he was also dying of an illness related to the overuse of his mangekyo sharingan. (If you watch the entire fight you will see that Sasuke realizes he is going to lose until Itachi transfers his power to him and keels over from his sickness.)

i think sasuke is a good boy.....just imagine that u lost ur family and feel sad and hurtful, so u really want to revenge, just like pain(nagato) :(

but stupid sasuke become weak that turn to darkness and almost kill karin and sakura :' ( he turn darkness becoz of tobi, stupid sasuke, he's very weak, i hate he dod that!!
