http://www.intothered.dk Per Einarsson - A very scary moment passed last time at the North Loop. I literally got shunted by a crazy guy who thought he was RACING !!?!?
I could easily have wrecked my car - what a shame that would have been :(

Your supprised this happended? Only REAL drivers cars such as the BMW M3 should drive on the greatest track in the world - German cars on German roads in Germany = Win. Add some Italian piece of shit and its an instant fail.

Glad you werent hurt and your car is ok too, but... I do think you should have moved over quite some time before you binned it. The rule is simple, when somebody catches you, you must indicate right, move over to the right and lift if need be. That guy "was all over you mirrors" but you chose to make him wait, thats just not the spirit.

It isnt a race, we all agree on that therefore there is no harm in lifting off and letting people pass when they are obviously much quicker than you.

I hate to say it but it looks like the GTV tossed the turn and spun out on its own. Reasons: this is a common, off-cantor hook that throws alot of people in the gravel and the video post would have shown the damage on the GTV if there was any.  Why just show the gravel damage on the driver's rocker? How would the three cars following the BMW M3 not have said anything? How is there no impact sound before skidding off? How did the M3 not collect in the collision? Classic mirror pressure mate

@craigsracer59 I agree with everything you say here apart from your comment "why take your ROAD car on a RACE track? ". I don't think this was a track day, therefore the Nurburgring is essentially a one way toll road. So if anyone can enter they will, including myself if I ever get the chance to one day. We don't all have racing cars.

Firstly why take your ROAD car on a RACE track? secondly why as other people have commented didn't you lift off and then follow him, you might have learnt a few lines, you admit you forgot to brake before the corner and you say you got "shunted" funny I don't hear any crunching, you also say you nearly rolled, if you look at the barrier through your windscreen it doesn't change from being horizontal!! stop wineing!! your pride was hurt thats all
