Another Commonwealth with unconstitutional legislation. Who knows what happened to this kid to cause him to murder his own mother. Maybe his mother always threatened to shoot him in the head and he feared for his life. No sane 11 year old would shoot their mother in the back of the head and what hill be done to him at the hands of the authorities is no better. He should be committed to a state hospital for life and treated by qualified professionals and not just criminal traffickers!

@mchrispeterson Why not for the unborn child? I am totally cool with abortion and all that. But the decision to terminate imo should be the parent's and ONLY the parent's. If the fetus is destroyed without their consent I feel that should count as murder.
