PET PHEASANT IN BIGFORK MONTANA ON THE SUNDANCE RANCH. Gary Gorbett says; "YES HE DOES COME BACK AFTER HIS FLIGHT." HE WOULD ALWAYS FLY OR CHASE MY CAR WHEN I TRIED TO LEAVE. ONCE HE EVEN LANDED ON THE ROOF AND RODE OUT TO THE HIGHWAY BEFORE I BROUGHT HIM BACK HOME. ENJOY!!

  • Haha I laughed so hard when he was running super fast next to yhe truck :P

I cnt wait untill we get pheasants

  • THANKS, PETER WAS REALLY COOL HE WOULD ALSO RIDE ON MY BICYCLE HANDLE BARS..IF YOU WANT ONE TO IDENTIFY ie IMPRINT WITH YOU YOU MUST START WITH THEM YOUNG AND THEN THEY WILL BELIEVE YOU ARE THEIR MOM..GOOD LUCK!!!

  • Loved this video. Did you hand raise him? I'm so used to the wild ones around where I live. They're ALWAYS in the yard but run for the hills as soon as they spot anyone.

  • THANK YOU. YES, Peter was hatched by an egg that I put under a Bantam cochin chicken. His mother's name was Rita and she somewhat domesticated him because he would roost with her and the other chickens and quail in the chicken coop. When he was grown I just let him run free in the yard and he hung around the family.

  • It might be a problem chasing a car....

  • I want my chinchilla to do this

  • Мучают её)

  • Бедная птичка))

  • That was great! I miss our rooster and hen ringnecks that hung around our place. Got to hand feed the hen but the rooster would only get about a Foot away.

  • @TheVeneth So you would rather them just be in the wild and get killed by preditors?

This is a Happy well cared for Pheasant. He could easily fly off if he was not happy! Pheasants have been domesticated for thousands of years! They Originate from India. They are only found in areas where there are people in most parts of there range! These are great birds, great pets. How do you know he hasnt got a female aswell? Looks happy to me

  • This is somewhat wrong.. That pheasant should have own family and not chasing people and be angry and whatever.. People shouldnt domesticate such animals.. they get messed up like this afterwards..

  • PETER IS IN MONTANA AND GIVING ALL THE NEIGHBORS A GOOD LAUGH..THANKS FOR WATCHING....

  • i want to have this pheasant. hes was very funny :)
