Theme from the motion picture Somewhere In Time by Roger Williams from Sergei Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody On A Theme Of Paganini, Variation 18. Somewhere In Time was based on the 1975 science fiction novel, "Bid Time Return" written by author Richard Matheson.

Tribute to the late actor, Christopher Reeve and his loving late wife, Dana.

For Jennifer, whose love and friendship I value so dearly.

  • john barrys parents died when hw wrote this music, which is probably why its so beautiful and yet has this sadness and longing in the music.

  • amazing. same year he made this, reeve made superman II wich was so awsome!

  • Hard to beat this.....it touches my heart in so many ways. Great job on the video.

  • Heel erg Mooi Fontastic Beautifull

  • I live an hour and a half from Mackinac Island where Somewhere in Time was filmed and it is the most beautiful place that I have ever been too. There is a stone with a plaque right at the exact spot on the shore where Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour met after he went back in time. And the Grand Hotel is gorgeous. If you ever get a chance to go there, definitely do so.

  • My mother learned to play this song on the piano for me just before she died in 2007. Thanx, Mom-love the song, and love you!!

  • FUCK ! I BURSTED IN TEARS AT THE END ....

  • JUST GREAT-- GOD BLESS YOU ROGER---:)
