For the 19th straight year, students at UCLA's residence halls welcomed scores of inner-city children for an evening of trick-or-treating, stories and other ghoulish entertainment. The Oct. 24, 2007 event, which involved more than 3,000 underprivileged kids from South Los Angeles and other low-income areas, was completely funded by UCLA students.
