Who is this idiot? The spying? That's what the CIA is for. Waterboarding? Blame Bush and his legal team. The job of the CIA is to protect Americans. If somebody in the senior leadership of the CIA thinks that waterboarding (which was considered legal) will work on somebody like Khalid Sheik Mohammed (and will result in actionable intelligence), then I'll trust them.

because waterboarding is torture. it was in WW2 it was in vietnam, it is in other countries and it is here. conservative policies of the bush era curbed the rights americans were guarnteed in the bill of rights. that is why they are against conservatives.
